This Week's Podcast Guest: Belinda Tors

I was not sure what to expect when I cracked open Belinda Tors' new book, Letting Go. After all, there aren't many novels that tackle the topic of domestic violence head-on, and as someone who used to work for an anti-violence organization, I was curious to see how it would be depicted. I found Letting Go to be powerful, moving and, best of all, realistic - probably because it addresses the struggles a woman has even after she has left the abusive relationship.

This was just one of the topics of Belinda's fascinating interview on the WITS podcast. She also discussed her other books, including a collection of poems, and her work counseling abuse victims.
