Join us this Friday when author Ana Torres discusses her first novel, Love Child. It is the moving story of Tommy Hullette, a Brooklyn boy struggling to find his place in the world after his mother's suicide. Along the way, Tommy uncovers the painful family secret surrounding his birth.Like her character, Ana was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Her life-long passion for writing began when she was given a journal as a gift. It became a vehicle, not only to record her private feelings, but to exercise her imagination.
She hasn't stopped writing since. She regularly submits short stories as a Yahoo contributor, and she is currently working on the sequel to Love Child.
